I started my career in the legal field after graduating from law school in 2006 but transitioned to the tech industry after teaching myself web and application development and creating a successful online training business.
I have held nearly every software and hardware customer service role in both consumer and enterprise spaces, including front-line technical support representative, technical writer, knowledge manager, training manager, call center channel manager, program manager, support tools administrator, developer, global customer support manager, product support manager and most recently, operations manager.
I am currently the Director of Global Technical Support for Janrain in Portland, Oregon. I specialize in people-focused management, career coaching and user insights analysis.
